This tutorial provides the customization steps to get a Sixteen Nine type layout site header in new Genesis Sample theme.
The idea is to make the site header fixed in the left and give some space having content and sidebar. Works Great in both Content-Sidebar, Full-width Content layout.
We are going to work the default @media (min-width: 960px) {} screen to make sure everything works for desktops and remain the same layout having a max width of 959px.
