Jetpack includes various features and related posts is one of them. As from the source,
The Related Posts feature scans all of your posts, analyzes them, and lets you show contextual posts your visitors might be interested in reading after they’re done with whatever post they’re on.
This tutorial provides the steps to show similar designed related posts in Genesis based on the code by Nick Croft and improvements by Andrea and Chinmoy and a single function for category query and tag query by Lee Anthony put together by Sridhar Katakam.
