This tutorial provides the step to create a 2 columns contact form using the HTML forms plugin in WordPress.

Prerequisite:

Make sure to set up the SMTP using the Post SMTP or similar plugin. You can use Postmarkup or Mailgun like Transactional email services.

STEP 1

Install and Activate the HTML forms plugin and add a new form as mentioned in the screenshot.
